Every plan has the same filters, the same editors and the same rollback. What changes is how much catalog you move at once, whether edits can be scheduled, and how long the history is kept.

Count the products you touch in one go, not the size of your catalog. A store with 40,000 SKUs that only ever discounts one collection at a time does not need the largest plan; a store with 3,000 products that reprices everything before every season does.
Start on the free plan and upgrade when a task outgrows it. Plans change from inside the app, and Shopify handles the billing on your existing store invoice.
You will be redirected to the Shopify app store.
Charges go through Shopify’s billing, so the app appears on your regular Shopify invoice — there is no separate card to enter and no separate account to manage. Changing plan takes effect immediately; uninstalling the app cancels the subscription.
The limit counts the items a single task writes to, not the items it looks at. If you filter by a collection with 800 products and each has three variants, a variant-level edit touches 2,400 items — so it needs the Standard plan, while a product-level edit on the same collection touches 800.
When a task would exceed the limit, the app tells you before it runs rather than stopping halfway through the catalog.
